Welcome to the 2009 Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market!
It's a New Year with new collections in a new AmericasMart showroom.
Summer Classics® is celebrating the New Year with the grand opening of
our expanded Atlanta showroom (located on the 10th floor, Building 2,
West Wing) and the addition of four entirely new collections. In tough
economic times, we are staying positive and working hard as we gear up for
spring.
For example, we have recently introduced a direct import program, a premier
product program and a new fabric line and customization program,
all in an effort serve our customers in the best way possible.
Part of what our designers have developed for this year includes a wowinspiring
woven teak design for our new YachtTM collection, an enhanced
N-dura® clearcoat process for greater UV resistance in our resin wicker
and cast aluminum pieces, and a greatly expanded number of ColoresTM fabric
colors and color combinations for our custom cushions.
The new expanded showroom affords SC® the space to show many pieces
from each of our 29 collections, as well as introduce the market to the
new SC HomeTM indoor line, set to debut in 2010.
We love to make our showrooms a place where people feel at home, and as
Editor and Publisher of Hearth & Home magazine, Richard Wright, said,
"Summer Classics is one of two or three showrooms that you want to go
into because you know you are going to see something beautiful and romantic,
that you would covet and want in your own home."
In addition to Atlanta, we relocated our Chicago showroom to the new
Market Square of the Chicago Merchandise Mart.
Our hard work has paid off, as Summer Classics was awarded "Most Fashionable
Retailer" and "Best Overall Merchandising, Multistore" by Casual Living
magazine for its 2008 Merchandising Awards.
